Damini Ogulu was born on the 2nd of July, 1991, in Port Harcourt, River State. Burna Boy is one of the three children of Bose Ogulu and Mr Samuel Ogulu. He has two sisters out of which one of them (Nissi) is a musician like him.
His mother was one of Late Fela Anikulapo’s backup dancers and his grandfather was Fela Kuti’s Manager.
